  • Sole responsibility for Data Collection and Reporting for server and network availability and performance compliance from initial concept through final development. Wrote custom programs to measure system reliability and guarantee our Service Level Agreement.
  • In total, wrote over 15 production REXX programs to handle processes such as global password changes, security password updates, software updates and system availability reporting.
